RESERVATIONS

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment.  This allows you time to change into a robe and relax prior to your service(s).  Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and our other clients are not inconvenienced.

All treatments/ packages must be reserved with a credit card to guarantee your appointment.  Reservations are not accepted via emails.

GRATUITIES

Tips are always left to the discretion of our clients.  It is customary to leave 15-20% per service or spa package.  However, we do not allow adding gratuities to your credit card.  Only Cash Please.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Advance reservation is required of all al a carte services/ gift certificate redemption/ and spa packages with a credit card.  Reservations cancelled without appropriate notice are due in full.  Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours are subject to a fee of 50% of the face value of the treatment booked.  This courtesy enables us to schedule another client and in turn, maintains a higher availability of our services for you as well as others.  Cancellations will NOT be honored via emails.  Our  voicemail message center is on 24 hours.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Pamper someone you love or show your appreciation with our Corporate Rewards.  Certificates are elegantly presented and can be ordered by phone or online.  WE DO NOT REFUND CERTIFICATES.  The validation date guarantees the value of the gift certificate.

SPA PRODUCTS & ONLINE PURCHASES

If for any reason, our clients are not happy with a products purchased in store and have not opened it, a spa credit will be more than happily issued accompanied by the original sales receipt within 7 days only!  Unfortunately, due to hygiene and health issues we absolutely WILL NOT  refund online purchases.  All sales are final.

EVENT POLICY AND REQUIREMENTS
All events must be secured with a 50% deposit.  A 20% service charge/per service may be paid advance. Service charge/gratuities must be paid in cash. This charge covers gratuities for estheticians and therapists. Special consideration made on case by case basis.
